2) Ten acres more or less, located in the West Half of the Northwest
Quarter (W/2 of NW/4) of Sectioon 1, Township 3 South, Range 10 West.
3) 400 acres more or less, located in Section 1, Township 3 South, Range
10 West.
4) All lands being used for agricultural lease.
5) Less and except any lands South of the Northerly right of way of the
